Terms of Use
1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of the website www.pureclinic.ch (the "Site"), published by Pure Clinic Group SA ("Pure Clinic", "we"). By accessing the Site, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
These terms do not govern the care relationship itself, which is subject to the mandate agreement entered into with the relevant clinic, to the applicable professional rules and to Swiss law.
2. Nature of the information published
The Site is informational in nature. Content relating to dental and medical care is provided in general terms and does not constitute advice, a diagnosis or a personalised treatment recommendation. It is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. See also our Medical Disclaimer.
In a life-threatening emergency, call 144 (ambulance) or 112. For a dental emergency, contact your nearest clinic or the emergency number shown on the Site.
3. Indicative pricing
Prices shown on the Site are indicative amounts in Swiss francs (CHF). They vary according to the patient's clinical situation, the canton and the tariff point value applied, and do not constitute a quote in the legal sense. Only a personalised quote issued after a clinical examination is binding on Pure Clinic.
4. Online appointment booking
The Site allows you to request an appointment via a form or a booking tool. An appointment request does not constitute confirmation: an appointment is only deemed fixed once confirmed by the relevant clinic.
You undertake to provide accurate, up-to-date information. Cancellation and non-attendance terms are those communicated by the relevant clinic when the appointment is made.
5. Use of the Site
You undertake to use the Site in accordance with applicable law and, in particular, to refrain from:
- impairing the operation, security or integrity of the Site;
- attempting to gain unauthorised access to non-public areas, data or systems;
- systematically extracting, indexing or reusing Site content for commercial purposes, including by automated means;
- transmitting unlawful or defamatory content, or third-party health data without a legal basis;
- impersonating a third party or a member of our teams.
6. Contact and application forms
Information submitted through our forms is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please do not send detailed health data by form or unencrypted email: these channels do not guarantee a level of confidentiality appropriate to sensitive data.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and all its content are protected by intellectual property law. You are granted a strictly personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to consult the Site. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
8. Hyperlinks
The Site may contain links to third-party sites (partners, booking platforms, social networks). These sites are outside our control: we accept no liability for their content, availability or data protection practices.
9. Availability and liability
We endeavour to ensure the accuracy and availability of the Site but cannot guarantee them. The Site may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or technical reasons.
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Pure Clinic is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, nor for the use you make of the general information it contains. These limitations do not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor in the event of harm to life or physical integrity, nor to the extent that the law does not permit their exclusion.
10. Reviews and testimonials
Patient testimonials published on the Site come from publicly posted reviews and are reproduced with their authors' consent where required. They reflect individual experiences and are no indication of the outcome of any treatment.
11. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the Site at the time of your visit. Material changes will be signalled appropriately.
