Cookie Policy
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. It allows your browser to be recognised, your preferences to be remembered and, where applicable, site traffic to be measured. This policy also covers similar technologies: pixels, tags, local storage and device identifiers.
2. Legal framework
The use of cookies is governed by Art. 45c of the Swiss Federal Telecommunications Act (TCA), which requires us to inform you and allow you to refuse non-essential cookies, and by the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). For visitors located in the European Union, prior consent is required for any cookie that is not strictly necessary, in accordance with the ePrivacy Directive and the GDPR.
3. Our approach
We have chosen to keep the trackers placed on your device to a strict minimum.
We use no audience measurement tool, no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking for targeting purposes. We do not sell any browsing data.
4. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential to the operation and security of the site: maintaining your session, protecting against automated form submissions, load balancing and remembering your preferences. They cannot be disabled from the site and, in accordance with the law, do not require your consent.
They are set by our hosting platform, Webflow, Inc.
Note for the publisher: this list must be completed from an audit carried out on the live site (browser developer tools, "Application" tab then "Cookies"), so that it reflects exactly the cookies actually set.
5. Embedded third-party content
Some pages embed or link to content supplied by third parties. When you view or activate that content, the provider concerned may set its own cookies and process data under its own policy, over which we have no control:
- YouTube (Google LLC) – playback of embedded videos;
- Google Maps (Google LLC) – maps and directions to our clinics;
- Google reCAPTCHA (Google LLC) – protecting our forms against automated submissions;
- Social networks – links to our Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages. No tracking share buttons are embedded in the pages.
We encourage you to consult these providers' privacy policies.
6. Managing your choices
As the site currently sets no non-essential cookies, no consent banner is required. Should we introduce audience measurement or marketing tools, a prior consent mechanism would be put in place and this policy updated.
You can configure your browser at any time to block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may, however, impair the operation of the site.
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies
- Safari: Settings > Safari > Privacy & Security
- Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security
- Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions
7. Changes
This policy is updated whenever the technologies used on the site change. The version in force is the one published here, together with its update date.
